Alignment Based
Arm Balancing

Born and raised in the foothills of the Himalayas, Gajju comes from a family of yogis. Precision (alignment) in postures and movement-with-breath are the cornerstones of Gajju's teaching. His classes are flowing and challenging, with an underlying focus on practicing safely and mindfully.



Align 101

An energizer bunny, Denise enjoys teaching fun and energetic classes that get people laughing, as she believes a class is not completed if you never allow yourself to let go and enjoy the process. A strong believer of mindfulness, you know you are in safe hands while having fun whether on the ground or upside down!



Yoga Wheel

Viru believes that yoga is a holistic system which can help to increase energy, develop light and flexible body with improved posture and breathing. Viru likes the use of yoga props as they tend to give more stability and support to the students during practice so that they are able to hold a pose longer and can improve form and breathing.

Marta is a dedicated yoga practitioner and yoga instructor granted in 2017 with with KPJAYI authorisation to teach Ashtanga Yoga. She has an advanced self practice and over 15 years of experience on the mat. 
Influenced by the world-famous leaders and teachers, among others, Thich Nhat Hanh, BKS Iyengar, S.N Goenka, Sharath R. Jois, Marta has been for almost a decade inspiring and motivating her students to change their attitude towards life through the disciplined daily practice.

Michael is a certified yoga teacher. His practice balances strength with mobility, complimenting disciplined nutrition as the two pillars of self-love. He seeks to guide his students with proper alignment and sequencing, empowering them to to safely rise to any challenge, physically or mentally.
