  • Our Hatha Yoga class is a practice more focused on static holds and safe alignments, offering a grounding and mindful experience. Designed to help students establish a solid foundation in classic Hatha postures, this class emphasizes precision, stability, and awareness.

  • Embrace the best of both worlds with Stretch and Flow Yoga, a class designed to keep your body in perfect balance. Experience the harmony of half flow and half stretch, as you move through dynamic sequences that energize and invigorate, followed by deep stretches that relax and restore. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a unique blend that caters to both the body's need for movement and its desire for relaxation.

  • Our Yin & Yang Yoga class melds the philosophies of Yin and Yang (Vinyasa) yoga to create an energetically balanced practice that caters to both the body's need for movement and stillness.

    In the Yin portion of this class, you'll engage in a passive, slow-paced practice, where poses are held for an extended period of time (3-5 minutes). This approach is designed to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints, providing a gentle and restorative experience.

    The Yang portion of the class brings a dynamic and energetic flow, building strength, endurance, and vitality. It's a perfect complement to the calming Yin practice, creating a harmonious blend that invigorates and relaxes.

  • This is a slow and quiet static hold practice where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. These long holds help practitioners focus on their breath to calm the mind, while allowing the body to eventually acquire greater ranges of motion through the asanas.

Multi-level Classes

Ideal for regular practitioners of yoga, multi-level classes offer a range of options to suit varying levels of experience. These classes may include more challenging postures, dynamic flows, and opportunities for exploration and growth.

  • A dynamic blend of traditional yoga and modern moves that will have you flowing and sweating. This fast-paced class ignites energy, builds strength, and enhances flexibility. Ideal for those with some yoga experience, Flow Fusion Yoga offers a refreshing, vibrant, and energizing practice.

    Note: This class may not be suitable for absolute beginners.

  • Power Flow Yoga is a vigorous practice designed for regular practitioners, where breath and movement synchronize to create a harmonious flow. Focusing on both strength and flexibility, this class guides students through dynamic sequences, building up to deeper expressions of asanas and peak poses.

    Note: This class is suitable for all levels. But if you are a first-timer to yoga, join our Hatha classes first to get familiar with basic postures and alignments.

  • Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional practice that emphasizes the art of linking movement with breath. Through a series of carefully choreographed postures, this class guides you in a flow that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility. By nature, it's a strength-focused practice where arm balances and inversions are introduced as peak postures, challenging both body and mind.

    Note: This is a multi-level class suitable for regular practitioners, not first-timers. If you are new to yoga, consider joining a foundational classes (Hatha, Stretch & Flow) to become familiar with basic postures and alignments.

Special Classes

Specialized classes are designed to advance your practice to a new level. These classes may focus on specific techniques, postures, or themes, offering a targeted approach to growth and mastery. Suitable for those looking to deepen their practice and explore new challenges.
Classes in this category include:

  • A foundational class designed to guide those who are starting their journey into inversions through alignment and techniques essential for mastering them. Learn to overcome fear and find balance in headstands, building confidence and control. Suitable for those familiar with basic yoga postures, this class provides a stepping stone to our Inversion multi-level class.

    Note: Not suitable for absolute beginners; make sure you are familiar with basic yoga postures.

  • For those who have joined our Inversion Basics classes and are familiar with the foundations of inversions, this multi-level practice is your next step. Take your inversion practice to a new level as you explore everything from forearm balance to handstand variations. In this class, you'll deepen your understanding, enhance your skills, and unleash your potential.

    Note: This multi-level practice is not suitable for beginners. We recommend joining our Inversion Basics class first before embarking on this advanced journey.

  • A specialized class designed to help you explore your backbend practice safely and deeply. Flow through challenging heart-opening sequences that build a supple spine and healthy body. Sweat, stretch, and strengthen as you unlock the power of posture and alignment. A class recommended for regular practitioners, ready to take their practice to the next level.

  • This 75-minute class that's carefully and specially designed to improve your flexibility. With a focus on front splits, known as Hanumanasana, and side splits, or Samakonasana, this class offers a targeted approach to stretching that emphasizes physical growth and development. Through guided instruction and consistent practice, you'll work towards deeper expressions of these challenging poses. We promise that if you are consistent in this practice, it will transform your flexibility and enhance your overall yoga journey.

  • Yoga Wheel offers a unique and innovative approach, a fun and engaging class that utilizes the circular prop known as a yoga wheel to explore challenging yoga postures. In this dynamic practice, you'll use the wheel to deepen your stretches, build strength, and enhance your overall balance and flexibility.

    Note: Suitable for all levels, but some basic yoga practice is required. If you're new to yoga, consider joining a foundational class to become familiar with basic postures and alignments.
